The camera and Action Pod both fit the same Pivot Stand and Quick Release Mount, with a latch and magnet to secure them in place.
RUGGED ACTION POD
IPX4 splashproof.
Clouds looking a little grey? No need to hide inside. The Action Pod is IPX4 water-resistant against rain and splashes.
*The Action Pod is IPX4 splashproof only when the camera is installed in it. It protects against rain and snow, but should not be submerged in water or used for activities involving high-velocity water such as surfing and waterskiing.
WATERPROOF CAMERA
IPX8 waterproof up to 33ft.
Go catch those waves! Take the camera out of the Action Pod and dunk it down to 33ft (10m) for GO 3S or 16ft (5m) for GO 3. The perfect underwater companion.
