How to apply for a return?
If the product is returnable, you can either choose to return or to exchange if it is damaged at the time you received it within 7 days.
1. Retain all packing materials including the original product packaging, HandyMy packaging (if applicable), invoice and any gifts.
2. Contact us via Live Chat to report the case.
3. We will notify you the status of your return as soon as we received and inspected the products. If eligible, we shall replace with a new item whenever possible.
**If HandyMy does not receive the product within 7 days, we reserve our right to reject your request of return.
Goods must be unused, unopened and in the same condition as you received it. Please include the followings: the original packaging, HandyMy packaging (if applicable), tags, certificates, manufacture warranty card, instructions, gifts and all other accessories etc. Please also ensure the package is undamaged, tags are intact and attached to the item, and if any of these are damaged, they are deemed to be non-returnable.

Email or Live Chat to Start a Return
Get a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) by opening a Live Chat or Email to support@172.105.231.5 with details of the product and the defect. We’ll email you a return label.
Step 2
Pack Your Item Properly
Place your item back into the original manufacturer’s packaging. Then place it and your invoice into a separate shipping box. Be sure to pack it properly so your item won’t get damaged. You can send the item you consider defective to :
