當日處理當日出貨

凡於 工作日下午 3:00 前 下單之現貨產品，我們將於當日處理並寄出。週六、週日及公眾假期不設出貨。

Orders placed by 3:00pm on business days (excluding weekends/holidays) will be processed and shipped the same day for all in-stock items.

訂單進度追蹤 Order Tracking

1. 訂單確認 Confirmation

下單後，閣下將收到電子郵件確認詳情。如發現內容有誤，請立即聯絡我們。

You will receive an Order Confirmation email shortly after placing your order. Please check for any discrepancies.

2. 出貨通知 Shipment

產品寄出後，閣下將收到包含快遞公司及追蹤編號的通知郵件。

Once shipped, a notification email with carrier and tracking information will be sent to you.

* 若遇產品缺貨或需廠商直送，Handymy 將透過電話或電郵另行通知預計延遲時間。
* Out of stock orders and drop shipments will be handled as quickly as possible; any delays will be communicated via phone or email.
